Coverage
Our 5-year warranty protects against any defects related to installation or product malfunction under normal residential use. This includes issues such as lifting, bubbling, peeling, or failure of the protection film due to improper installation or manufacturing defects. If any of these issues occur within five (5) years from the original installation date, CounterShield will assess and correct the affected area at no cost to the client.

What We Guarantee
We guarantee that all protection film installations are completed using professional techniques, high-quality materials, and proper surface preparation. Our film is designed to maintain clarity, adhesion, and performance while preserving the natural beauty of your stone surfaces. Should a verified installation or material defect arise during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the affected section to restore optimal protection and appearance.

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper cleaning methods, intentional damage, structural issues, or alterations performed by third parties after installation. Normal wear from heavy impact, cutting directly on surfaces, exposure to harsh chemicals, or excessive heat beyond recommended limits may also void coverage. Any pre-existing surface damage or underlying stone defects are not covered under this warranty.

Warranty Service
To initiate a warranty claim, clients must contact CounterShield with proof of installation and a description or photos of the issue. Our team will review the claim and, if necessary, schedule an inspection to determine eligibility. Approved claims will be addressed promptly to ensure continued protection and customer satisfaction.
